Carina
Carina (Young Koi) (she/her) is currently entering her final year in Health Sciences at Queen’s university with a huge interest in allied health, particularly occupational therapy and psychotherapy. She is passionate about making healthcare services more accessible, which has been reinforced from other volunteer experiences with the crisis text line, clinics and long term care homes. She also hopes to continue to advocate for inclusivity and reduce stigma in healthcare.
Carina can support neurodivergent folks who are seeking work, with system navigation and as an assistant psychometrist for Psychoeducational Assessments.

Cavelle
Cavelle Sproule (she/they) is a psychology and philosophy student with a focus on neurodiversity, ethical care, and supportive systems. With a background in customer service and digital coordination, Cavelle enjoys streamlining complex processes—whether through scheduling, communication support, or behind-the-scenes admin work.
Passionate about accessibility and inclusive mental health, Cavelle is dedicated to creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals can be themselves without masking. They also have aphantasia, the inability to visualize images mentally—a unique aspect of their neurodivergent experience that highlights the diversity of how minds work.

Favour
Favour Mukoro (she/her) has a background in Human Behaviour and behavioural neuroscience, with a strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming care. She has supported children and youth across various settings, such as academic tutoring, summer camps, and community programs.
Favour offers peer counselling, system navigation support, and coaching for work seekers, and is gaining experience supporting psychoeducational assessments in a collaborative setting.
She is passionate about working in therapeutic spaces that honour identity, autonomy, and creative connection.

Jaskiran ("Jas)
Jaskiran Ahluwalia (she/her) holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Psychology from Trent University. She is passionate about mental health, peer support, and fostering inclusive, affirming spaces for neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, and people of colour.
With lived experience, Ahluwalia values accessible, non-judgmental support and is committed to ongoing learning and meaningful contribution in her work.

Mohammad Abdullah is an undergrad Life Sciences student and the Project Admin for our Internship Program. He can support work seekers, with system navigation, and is your focal point for general questions about our Support Services.

Nina
Nina Yan (she/her) is currently pursuing an Honours degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Autism and Behaviour at McMaster University. She has a wide range of interests, including photography, exploring bodies of water, hiking, games, music, and animals—she has quite a few pets of her own! Nina is trilingual, speaking English, Mandarin, and French. She’s enthusiastic about connecting with others and looks forward to meeting and supporting everyone.

Xinyi (SHIN-yee)
Xinyi Slow (she/her) was born in Singapore and moved to Canada at a young age. She is currently completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Her passion for the field stems from a deep understanding of the importance of early support and accurate diagnoses. Having personally experienced being misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or left without adequate support, Xinyi has become deeply committed to addressing the gaps in the mental health system.
Her experiences have inspired her to pursue a future in the mental health field and is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and ensuring that mental health care is accessible, judgment-free, and rooted in compassion. This commitment is at the heart of everything she does.
She can support folks seeking work, with system navigation and will assist in Psychoeducational Assessments.
